Depending on your business activities – such as professional use, retail, or wholesale – we will determine the appropriate discounts and volume pricing in consultation with you. This way, you’ll always have a clear understanding of the terms.
You can place your order via your own purchasing system or by email to verkoop@friedrichherder.com. Before shipping, you will always receive an order confirmation. Please check this carefully to avoid any discrepancies.
shipping
In the Netherlands, free delivery applies to orders from € 295.00 excluding VAT. For smaller orders and shipments to other countries, shipping costs are calculated per order. As a result, there is no fixed rule. We will always inform you in advance about any applicable shipping charges.
We use DHL for most parcel and pallet shipments. For packages over 180 cm in length, we typically work with Kaan Transport. In some cases, your order may be delivered by another carrier.
If you place your order before 2:00 PM and the items are in stock, we will ship your order the same day. This does not apply if prepayment is still required or if you have specific delivery requests. If not all items are in stock, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
warranty
You can easily submit your warranty request via info@friedrichherder.com. Please describe the issue as clearly as possible and include photos if helpful. All information provided will be used solely for handling your warranty request and will not be shared with third parties.
If you are unsure whether the issue is covered by the warranty, or caused by wear or improper use, you are welcome to submit a warranty request via this website or by post. If necessary, we will contact you for additional information. If the request is covered by warranty, it will be processed according to our warranty policy. If the issue is not covered, we will inform you in advance about any repair and return shipping costs. We will only proceed once you have approved these charges — ensuring there are no unexpected surprises.
All our products come with a 2-year warranty. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects or faults related to the product itself. Wear and tear or damage caused by improper use – such as broken or damaged blades – are not covered. If your claim falls within the warranty, we will repair the product free of charge or replace it immediately with a new one. If the original item is no longer available, you will receive a comparable alternative.

If necessary, we will contact you for additional information. If the claim is valid, it will be handled in accordance with our warranty policy. If the issue is not covered under warranty, we will inform you in advance of any repair or return shipping costs. No work will be carried out without your prior approval — ensuring you won’t face any unexpected charges.
